Women business-owners have been less affected by the recession because they tend to take fewer risks and grow their firms at a slower rate, an Everywoman report suggests. The Voice of Everywoman report found that 50 per cent of female business-owners said the recession had not impacted on their business, compared with only 38 per cent of men. Are woman naturally more cautious in their approach to business? Does all that testosterone make men more likely to take chances?
