After the initial internship, our aim is that the candidate earns a full-time role with the employer.

About the expert

Ben founded Inspiring Interns in 2009 when he spotted a lack of provision for high-quality internships in a job market flooded with graduates. With a background as a head-hunter in the mobile space he has superb knowledge of the employment market and, having established a number of his own companies, has a firm understanding of SME requirements. Since starting Inspiring Interns, Ben has already helped hundreds of businesses hire numerous gifted graduates.
