I had a successful career in the banking sector, before moving into recruitment. After a brief spell in recruitment, I set up my own business which unfortunately failed. Then I set up a low-cost recruitment service, before a Twitter conversation made me realise I could offer an online recruitment tool, which cut out the middleman.
