With a strong background in banking and finance, Norman has been a generalist business adviser for the past ten years, working mainly with Business Link in the West Midlands and the Welsh Assembly Government in Mid Wales. With specialisms in business planning and financial forecasting, Norman has developed a strong awareness of the needs of small businesses and the particular issues affecting them.
Norman is also the financial appraiser of a number of grant schemes run by Herefordshire County Council and Shropshire County Council.
