58 and Counting..

...I've always been self employed - There have been a few times I have had to be an employee (in California) and was never happy!

I'm coming up to my 59th birthday and wondering what next.

I have owned a very small web design and seo business since 1997 when I lived in San Francisco - I could have grown the business but to be honest have no desire to kill myself trying to get rich so stayed small.

I find Web Design, WordPress Blog design and SEO so easy it gets boring so like to do other things

Recently I became the Plymouth Town Crier which came naturally as I was a pro DJ from 74 - 87 and still do a bit.

The Town Crier side is a lot of fun if you don't get too serious about it or think you're important dressed up ;)

NOW! I find myself ever so slightly disabled and a card carrying bus pass holder - I damaged a foot/ankle and tore a muscle in my knee (meniscus) which swells at random

>>> My idea - With all the headlines about clutter and junk signage in Britain I am seriously thinking of getting a way cool mobility scooter and using it as a mobile ads platform for events, promotions and retail sales.

If I can ring a bell and make some noise surely I can draw peoples attention to Christmas and New Year Sales events?

I'm a very ordinary fellow that falls into all sorts of opportunities and usually make a go of them

Any thoughts?

David
