Is this an example of a good e-commerce website?

Hi,
I aren't sure if it is against the rules to post my own web address here. If it is I apologise in advance and will remove it.

www.babygoboomboom.com

The site was relaunched around April/May I would like to know the good and bad points anyone thinks of the website itself.

Thank You
Tom

Hi Tom,

Some immediate thoughts on this.

The Now Open and PayPal banners push the important content (the actual products) down the page quite a bit. Perhaps put this info top right?

The left-hand side column seems unnecessarily wide (if it were more narrow you could probably get more products on a row).

From a quick glance it's not obvious what your USP is? On a new site, this really needs to be spelled out (for example: we're the cheapest or we have the latest items).

Hope this helps.

Personally I find website without a phone number annoying.
If I am in the middle of a purchase and want to know something, having to fill a form in and wait for someone to come back to me is a huge turn off.
I'm doing the purchase now. So I would put a phone number and an address.

Also in your poll you ask about people's favourite colour, but favourite is spelt the American way.
