Mary Queen Of Shops launches guide to successful retailing

The Queen of Shops, Mary Portas has set her sights on rescuing Britain’s recession-hit independent retailers.

She has launched a series of masterclasses in association with Skillsmart Retail.

The masterclasses are aimed at addressing ‘every aspect of modern retailing’ and Mary hopes that her expertise will help small retailers compete against the ‘massive highstreet’ and will lead to shoppers having genuine, interesting choice.
