Your chance to win £100

One hundred home-based businesses can each win a cash prize of £100 to help them start or grow their business, following the launch of the Ideas 101 competition by home business network Enterprise Nation and PayPal.

If you want to win, all you have to do is answer the question: “If we gave you £100, how would you spend it?” Businesses new and old can enter.

The competition was launched on 23 June and the judges will choose 20 winners each month from July to November.

“When starting out, £100 can be a big help in securing that first customer,” said Enterprise Nation founder, Emma Jones. “And for businesses that are growing, good ideas can cost little but make lots of money. £100 can make all the difference — and hopefully, Ideas 101 will get businesses thinking about how.”

In November, the business with the best idea out of the 100 selected will win an award for 2010 Home Business Idea of the Year at the Enterprise Nation Conference.
