As an International Eecutive Success Coach and Mentor, and Corporate Strategy (esp performance, change & turnaround) Consultant, I have spent over 20 years learning, developing and refining my particular style of delivering individual and organisational performance.

With extensive experience in 'troubleshooting' roles within key blue-chip businesses, and as a renowned exceptionally clear thinker, I combine highly developed analytical, problem-solving and performance development skills in driving my passion for excellence.

In addition to my current role as head of the ‘experience group’, I am an International Success Coach and Mentor, I regularly chair and contribute to a wide variety of consultancy groups, host talks and seminars on contemporary business topics, and have held several influential senior posts within the private and charitable sectors.

I actively campaign on business, economic and community issues, and am a fully accredited Business Coach, an experienced Mentor and Troubleshooter, and a highly respected Trainer.
