Think of me as your virtual colleague. During our weekly meetings (which can take place face to face or by phone/Skype) you will be able to discuss your current goals, issues, opportunities and obstacles in the knowledge that I am impartial and non judgemental. I will, however, challenge you on those small, niggling matters that we like to sweep under the carpet and hope will go away!
