Generally sound IMO. Simple hub-and-outpost plan. Wondering about the anon. aspect. could result in small businesses biting off more than they can chew? social media for small biz is technologically easy, but could get resource intensive. I guess the solution is to have a plan in place for ramping up resources as social efforts take off.
