Portfolio Directors helps entrepreneurial businesses to grow. We work with owners, company directors and their teams to get them past tricky stages in their business cycle. We give practical advice, expert training and flexible support to help move their business forward.

About the expert

Running your own business is a real challenge. With so many aspects to get to grips with, it’s hard to be an expert at them all, and easy to fall at some very big hurdles. Small business owners can really benefit from practical support and advice from those who have been there before – knowledge that can be difficult and expensive to obtain. My mission is to give them access to affordable, expert advice and impart some of my knowledge of strategic planning, finance and management skills to help their businesses reach their full potential.

I help businesses look at where they are positioned, what they want to aspire to and help them to work around issues and hopefully provide them with the tools to achieve their goals. These include strategy plan development, mentoring, training programmes and non-executive directorships. Working with entrepreneurial businesses and seeing them flourish gives me a great sense of achievement and is one thing that I can really get passionate about.
